Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or shipped.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes within 24 hours of placing the order, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after that point.

Missed pickups or delivery reschedules without 48-hour notice may not be honored.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We want you to love your cake and will work with you on a solution.
